I ordered from poundfun.com thinking my stuff would show up within a few days, but it ended up taking much longer than I expected. It was frustrating, especially because I’d planned around needing the items by a certain day.
There also wasn’t much in the way of updates, so I was just stuck checking the tracking over and over with nothing really changing. That whole waiting around with no clear idea of what’s happening is "not ideal" at all.
When the order finally arrived, the items themselves were okay, so no issue there. But the slow delivery really put me off ordering again, so it’s 1 star from me

"Not a lot there, honestly"
I thought there’d be way more to browse through, but it’s mostly the same cheap little bits over and over. I did find a few things, sort of, but nothing I was really excited about. Some sections felt half empty, then others just seemed really random. For a site called Poundfun I expected more variety, I guess. Bit disappointing overall.

"Tracking Was Stuck and It Got Frustrating"
My parcel tracking didn’t update for days, and it started to put me in a bad mood. I reached out but never got a clear answer, so I’m still sitting here wondering where my order even is. Really frustrating experience.

"Delivery cost kind of defeats the point, right?"
I was ready to order a few cheap little bits, but once the delivery charge was added, it just didn’t feel worth it anymore. Isn’t the whole point of an online pound shop that you can grab bargains? I can see it making sense if you’re doing a big shop, but for a small order, the shipping feels way too much.

I placed my first order with Poundfun a while back, I think it was around last month or maybe the month before, and that was enough for me. The experience just wasn’t great, so I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

"Not really worth the money"
I ordered from Poundfun because I thought I’d found a cheap little bargain site, and I was hoping to grab a few bits that were good value. When the order arrived though, I felt disappointed. A few things looked decent in the pictures online, but in person they felt a lot cheaper and poorer quality than I expected.
Once I added the postage and actually looked at what I’d received, it didn’t feel like a bargain at all. I think I could have picked up similar things in a local shop for the same price, or possibly less. I won’t be ordering again.

"Box showed up crushed and sketchy"
The package arrived in rough shape — the box was crushed, torn, and looked like it had been tossed around a lot. it made me wonder if corners were being cut somewhere, or if there’s some kind of hidden handling fee I’m not seeing that definitely isn’t going toward better packaging.

I wasn’t sure at first if I’d get a quick response, but they actually got back to me fast. They helped sort out the issue with my order, though I did have to wait a little bit. Overall, I think it was a good experience when I needed the help

I had to get in touch with poundfun.com because my order was taking longer than I expected, and I was getting a bit fed up waiting around with no clear update.
To be fair, customer service did reply and they were polite. They explained what was going on and tried to help, but it took a few messages back and forth. What annoyed me most is that their policies seem to leave just enough wiggle room that delays don’t really count as a problem until they say they do, which feels like a bit of a loophole.
Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but it wasn’t great either. I’d give it 3 stars because the support team was helpful enough, but the whole process could have been quicker and less frustrating.

"Got the wrong items and no real help"
I ordered a few bits and when the box turned up, half of it was wrong and some items were missing altogether. I tried to get it sorted, but it felt like I was just being pushed through automated messages instead of actually speaking to someone who could fix it. The whole thing was messy and frustrating. I won’t be ordering from them again.

"Cheap price, and it kind of proved my point"
I’ll be honest, I already get suspicious when something is priced way lower than everything else, and this definitely didn’t change my mind. The prices looked good at first, but they were almost too good, which made me feel like something had to be off. Maybe I was looking for red flags because I expected them, but the whole thing just didn’t feel trustworthy to me.

I had a look around for toys, but the selection was poor. It was mostly the same cheap little bits over and over, and there really wasn’t much for different ages. Not much at all. I ended up leaving without buying anything.

I placed my order sometime last week, or maybe the week before, and when it arrived, I noticed a few items were missing. Not a huge story, but it was definitely frustrating to open the package and realize everything I paid for wasn’t actually there.

"Most of what I wanted wasn’t available"
I tried putting an order together on poundfun.com, but so much of what I clicked on ended up being out of stock. Maybe I was just shopping at a bad time, or maybe I’m too picky, but it was frustrating seeing items still show up in search when I couldn’t actually buy them.
I ended up spending way longer than I meant to filling my basket, only to realise I couldn’t get most of it anyway. I know I probably should’ve checked each item more carefully as I went, but it really feels like the site could do with being updated more often

"Descriptions were not clear at all"
I ordered a few bits from Poundfun, but the descriptions made everything sound a lot better than it actually was. The sizes and details were really vague, so when the items turned up, they weren’t what I thought I was buying at all.
When I looked into it, it felt like they just leaned on policy excuses instead of actually acknowledging that the listings weren’t clear. It’s frustrating because you shouldn’t have to guess what you’re ordering. Not worth the hassle for me, and I won’t be buying from them again.

"Returns felt like a hassle on purpose"
I had to keep chasing them just to get the return info, and then the refund took forever to come through. It felt like they were happy to take my money quickly but made the whole returns process as slow and awkward as possible. I won’t be ordering from them again.
